Production Manager, Food Manufacturing (West Region)

Our client is an emerging company in the food manufacturing industry, with a growing customer base worldwide. They are currently seeking a passionate Production Manager to champion their production activities in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing plant operations including warehousing, production, quality control, tool procurement, and maintenance.
You will address potential production issues, coordinate team activities, and manage the supply chain for raw materials, packaging for both existing and new products. You will also lead a team of production technicians to meet daily goals and plan the weekly and monthly production schedules. You will also conduct pilot tests of new products and consolidate data for reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
You should ideally have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in production planning and managing production operations. Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry being highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety certifications as well as local agencies will be advantageous. You are also a highly motivated individual who works effectively both independently and with their team. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills and possess excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and solid planning, organization, and project management skills, with a strategic mindset.
