Real Estate Manager, Business Development
A leading consumer brand in Singapore is seeking a commercially astute Real Estate Manager to support its strategic network expansion and profitable new-site development.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Senior Real Estate Manager, the successful candidate will drive new store development and portfolio expansion across high-growth locations. The role will evaluate potential sites using sales projections, payback periods and ROI analysis, and recommend locations aligned with the company’s growth strategy. The incumbent will lead site selection, commercial negotiations and acquisition processes, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. They will manage portfolio rental costs, assess the financial impact of restaurant openings and closures, contribute to annual planning exercises, and develop productive relationships with landlords, brokers, consultants and internal stakeholders to support timely, profitable network growth.
Requirements
You will bring at least 5 years of relevant real estate experience, ideally in retail, F&B or network expansion. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong financial acumen, analytical ability, negotiation skills and market knowledge are essential, alongside effective communication and stakeholder management.
