As part of the company’s ambitious growth plans, our client, a leading insurer in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Manager to develop and execute recruitment strategies to grow the company’s distribution force.
Responsibilities of the role:
You will work with internal stakeholders to design and oversee recruitment initiatives and campaigns. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for recruitment, you will also assist the Agency Leaders with onboarding matters.
Requirements of the role:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4-6 years of experience in agency recruitment within the Insurance space with good knowledge of distribution across the insurance front office space. You should also have good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
