Regional AIOps Lead, Financial Services

We are seeking a Regional AIOps Lead to drive the transformation of IT operations through AI/ML at a leading financial services firm. In this strategic role, you will lead the adoption of AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize operational processes, with a focus on reducing manual intervention, improving system reliability, and accelerating incident response across the region. You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, intelligent automation solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and business resilience.

Responsibilities:

As the Regional AIOps Lead, your core responsibilities will include shaping and executing the AIOps roadmap, managing a regional team of engineers and specialists, and embedding AI/ML into IT operations workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, deploy automation tools, and lead the implementation of AI models for event correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. You will also serve as the regional SME for AIOps, ensuring alignment with global strategies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience spanning software engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering (SRE), with recent hands-on exposure to AIOps initiatives. A strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), IT monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Prometheus), and automation platforms is essential. Experience leading technical teams, applying ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and working in agile, enterprise environments will be highly valued. A background in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
