Regional Compensation and Benefits Lead Analyst (APAC)

Our Client
Our client is a global leader in medical technologies, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through innovation and collaboration. Reporting to the Head of Compensations and Benefits, you will be supporting 11 APAC markets, responsible for delivering compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals and global frameworks.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the development and rollout of salary structures, incentive frameworks, job evaluations, and annual compensation cycles. This includes conducting market benchmarking, participating in salary surveys, and providing compensation recommendations that strike a balance between external competitiveness and internal equity.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, the global Compensation team, and key stakeholders to ensure that compensation strategies are aligned with business needs. You will also support regional projects that promote consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. In addition, you will manage insured benefits in collaboration with global brokers, identify opportunities for enhancements based on employee feedback and cost analysis, and ensure all programs comply with local regulations.
The role will also contribute to global initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, pay equity, and compensation transparency. You will support the development of HR systems and dashboards to provide real-time compensation analytics, working in partnership with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure high-quality delivery across the board.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards. A strong foundation in data analytics, job evaluation, and compensation design is essential, along with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple regional priorities is critical. Experience with Workday and the implementation of global systems would be a strong advantage.
