Regional Director, Sales & Marketing (Luxury Hospitality)

A global hospitality group is seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional to join the regional team in Singapore and drive growth across the dynamic South Asia market.

Responsibilities

This role oversees the commercial performance of a significant hotel portfolio across South Asia, spanning across upper midscale to luxury brands. You will ensure alignment with corporate objectives while delivering sustainable growth and market share expansion. You will serve as a trusted partner to owners and investors, bringing gravitas, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience leading commercial strategies across hotel portfolios in South Asia. Multi-brand experience will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is independent, collaborative and a problem-solver. You are also an excellent communicator and places an emphasis on building relationships with various stakeholders.
