Regional FP&A Director, Retail

An employer of choice, this leading Retail company is renowned for their innovative stable of products and progressive talent management practices. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a high calibre Finance leader to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will lead the P&L analysis, consolidation and management reporting for the region. In addition, you will work closely with commercial teams to evaluate business opportunities, including new growth initiatives and capital investments. In this newly created role, you will also be expected to set up the FP&A framework, processes and analytical tools for operational efficiency. High performing candidates can look forward to rotation/ overseas secondment opportunities.

Requirements

You are a qualified CA with at least 12 years of relevant experience gained in the retail and/or FMCG, ideally with a focus in FP&A. You have a proven track record in charting future directions and driving business growth. To succeed in this role, you will be described as collaborative, enterprising and a seasoned business partner.
