    Our client is one of the leading European FMCG category leader. There is now an excellent opportunity to join them as a Regional HR Business Partner based in Hong Kong SAR. You will partner with the Regional Managing Director. You will lead and manage human resources initiatives in the organization. With a functional report to the Head of HR, APAC, you will partner with business leaders to offer advice and HR solutions that are in line with business goals. Develop talent pipelines to ensure a steady pool of skilled professionals for critical roles. Implement effective performance management systems to maximize employee engagement and productivity.

    Provide strategic expertise relating to Organisational Development, Total Rewards, Performance management to support the Human capital initiatives. Work with senior management and employees to improve employee engagement. Collaborate with senior management to understand industry trends and business needs, providing HR insights and recommendations. Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a deep understanding of the unique challenges within the alcoholic beverages industry, and the ability to drive HR strategies that support our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and an exceptional communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, building a high-performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity. Strong work ethics and professionalism with brilliant stakeholder management skills to partner with senior executive team. Prior relevant sector experience in FMCG or consumer related sector is highly preferred. Prior experience in HR transformation and change management are highly desired.
