    Our client is a globally renowned conglomerate within the Consumer Goods industry with multiple successful brands. An exciting, newly-created opportunity for a HR Manager role is now open. This is a permanent position. This role will sit in the regional Asian headquarters, which sits in Singapore. The successful candidate will work in a matrix environment, and can enjoy opportunities to work on multiple initiatives and strategic projects across the different teams and countries (primarily across the Asia-Pacific region).

    Role
    As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and HR Operations. You will take charge of the talent acquisition strategy and action plan(s) to ensure alignment to the organization’s development goals. The successful candidate will also get to drive/contribute to employer branding initiatives e.g. participate in career fairs. There will be opportunities to  You will serve as a business partner to the management on various HR topics including recruitment, internal mobility, compensation and benefits, and oversee and manage the entire employee life cycle.

    This role reports to a senior HR leader, and will require a close working relationship with the HODs.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 8 years of experience as a HR Generalist.
    Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and some prior exposure to employer branding projects would be advantageous
    Experience within the Consumer Goods or Retail sector is a plus.
    You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
    You have prior experience in a company with multiple brands and working within a matrix setup.
