      You will get to…
      -Partner directly with the Chief information officer, playing a pivotal role in enabling strategic IT priorities across the region.
      -Spearhead strategic initiatives from inception to completion, orchestrating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
      -Oversee the progress of key transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
      -Lead high-level meetings, including governance forums, steering committees, and workshops, driving productive and actionable results.
      -Serve as a key point of contact for the CIO, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster transparency and alignment.
      -Cultivate a culture of collaboration, agility, and ownership within the regional IT team.
      -Establish and maintain strong relationships across departments, aligning IT initiatives with broader business objectives.
      -Manage governance initiatives, tracking KPIs and milestones, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
      -Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to the CIO, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

      -supporting senior technology executives, preferably in a banking environment undergoing transformation.
      -organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
      -communication, enabling confident engagement with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
      -analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
      -monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements, particularly within a transformation setting.
      -interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
      -Around 5+ years of relevant experience.
      -Consulting experience is highly desirable.
