Regional Procurement Manager, Pharma
Our client is a renowned organization in the global pharmaceutical landscape. As a champion of health and prospects, this organization seeks a dynamic and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to play a pivotal role in their journey of transformation.
As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the success trajectory of the organization. You will navigate the nuances of Category initiatives, framing and implementing regional category strategies. It’s your proactive leadership in category projects that will steer regional procurement targets towards their goal.
Being the chief collaborator for the LOCs, you will align all activities with the Region and Category team planning. You would also weave local strategies into the wider fabric of the organization and ensure seamless delivery of high-end user service by partnering closely with various teams.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will be degree qualified, preferably in a business-related field. You are well versed in Indirect Procurement, with a rich experience spanning over 12 years, specifically in supporting logistics and distribution activities. Moreover, your track record must showcase a decade’s worth of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sectors.
You will bring to the table your in-depth understanding of strategic sourcing, negotiating, contracting, strategic supplier management, supply chain, and procurement. Your experience in managing multiple categories across diverse markets, combined with your expertise in Category Management principles and frameworks, would also be advantageous.
