Regional Sales Manager – Global Nutrition MNC
Our client is a leading food ingredients manufacturer, and am hiring a Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your core responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Asia Pacific region. You need to be knowledgeable about the company’s product portfolio, be informed of industry trends through continuous market research to be effective in this role. Building and maintaining strong client relationships are vital, as you identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. You will also be involved in sales forecasting, budget planning, and regular reporting to senior management.
You would need to have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably within the food ingredients or related industry. Candidates with technical background with strong commercial acumen will be considered as well. The ideal candidate has effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the food ingredients market, and the capability to build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving and exceeding sales targets. You also need to be willing to travel.
