Regional Senior Manager, Total Rewards

Our client is a leading hospitality group with a strong global presence. Committed to delivering excellence in guest experiences, the company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead its compensation and benefits strategy. This role is critical in ensuring a competitive and well-structured rewards framework that supports the organization’s talent strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs across the region in Asia. This includes overseeing salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits policies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. The role will also involve leading benchmarking exercises, conducting job evaluations, and managing annual salary and bonus review cycles. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to provide strategic guidance on long-term incentive plans, equity compensation, and benefits optimization to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, with strong exposure to regional markets. A deep understanding of executive compensation is essential, along with experience in designing and implementing rewards frameworks for leadership teams. The ability to analyze market trends, develop data-driven recommendations, and present to senior stakeholders will be key. Strong stakeholder management skills are required, as this role will involve working closely with senior leadership, HR business partners, and external consultants. Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry would be a plus.
