Position Overview
This role will take ownership of the recruitment function, delivering talent strategies that are scalable, modern, and aligned to each business’s unique needs. The successful individual will oversee regional recruitment activities, elevate employer branding, and drive workforce planning initiatives across operational and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, the role is responsible for designing and executing end-to-end hiring strategies across Asia. It involves collaborating with business leaders to identify hiring priorities, refining recruitment processes, and improving talent acquisition capabilities. You will drive talent pipelining for critical roles, strengthen the candidate experience, and champion employer branding. Experience with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous. The role also includes leading and coaching a TA team to ensure delivery excellence across a complex, multi-industry business environment.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 10 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3 or more years in a managerial role. You have a proven track record in recruiting across a variety of industries, functions, and geographies, with a solid understanding of local market dynamics. You are a proactive, independent professional with strong skills in stakeholder management, strategy, and process improvement. You excel in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
