Regulatory Compliance Director

As the business continues to scale rapidly across the region, it is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Director to lead regulatory engagement, licensing, and compliance obligations across multiple Asian jurisdictions within a global platform.

The role will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across regional compliance activities, including regulatory change management, licence applications, regulatory examinations, monitoring programmes, and compliance training. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years’ experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated financial institution, together with proven exposure to licensing processes and a strong track record of partnering the business to support growth.
