Role: Regulatory Compliance

Client: Life Insurance

Location: Singapore

This is an individual contributor role that sits as part of a wider regulatory compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance advisory to the business in line with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with regulators
• Ensure that policies are updated in line with new or revised regulations / regulatory expectations

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in Financial Advisers Act
• Experience in liaising with regulators
• Life insurance or retail banking experience developed within a financial institution or at a regulator
