      Description
This is with a growing international energy trading house with global operations. As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen its global control framework, the firm is now partnering with Kerry Consulting to appoint a Risk and Control Specialist based in Singapore. This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to multiple trading desks and functions across the business, with strong collaboration across senior stakeholders globally.

      Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Specialist will play a key role in reviewing, enhancing, and monitoring the internal control framework across business units and geographies. This includes assessing existing processes, conducting control reviews across commercial and functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will lead incident investigations, propose and track mitigation plans, and ensure timely reporting of control metrics to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be involved in global projects, regulatory reporting, and process harmonisation across regions.

You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. Japanese language skills will be viewed favourably due to the need to liaise with global counterparts.
