Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, SEA, you will have the opportunity to be the pioneer Sales Director to spearhead the Medical Device business and to build a Sales team. With products registered in Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in the direct sales of medical device consumables across General Surgery, Endoscopy, Urology, Cardiology, and Neurovascular. As the business strategy is to go direct-to-market, you will need to be able to sell directly to hospitals in Vietnam, while taking ownership of the revenue growth of your medical device portfolio.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with 10 – 15 years of proven sales track record in Medical Device Consumables, preferably in Endoscopy, Urology, Neurovascular, and/or General Surgery devices. You will need to possess a wide network across hospitals in Vietnam as you will be going to market directly. The successful candidate will also need to have strong leadership skills, with the capability to build a sales team. Due to the rapid expansion of business, you will need to be results-oriented, possess a strong drive, and a focus in customer-centricity.
