    Our client is an established and large corporation committed to driving sales excellence through structured learning and development. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead a transformative Sales Academy program, shaping the capabilities of sales professionals across the organization.

    Position Overview

    As the Sales Academy Program Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Sales Academy framework to enhance sales effectiveness, streamline processes, and equip teams with the tools needed to drive high-impact performance. This role will require strong project leadership to ensure the program aligns with business needs and long-term organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the strategic development and execution of the Sales Academy program. This includes designing a phased execution plan, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and continuously refining the program to enhance effectiveness. You will collaborate with sales leaders, Go-to-Market teams, and HR to refine sales processes, establish standardized onboarding frameworks, and implement learning initiatives tailored to evolving business needs. Additionally, you will oversee the development of a robust sales toolkit, capability assessments, and curriculum modules that integrate real-world applications, digital learning tools, and interactive workshops.

    Requirements

    You are degree-qualified with at least 15 years of experience in sales excellence, enablement, or learning and development. You have a proven track record of leading large-scale capability-building initiatives within dynamic sales organizations. Your expertise includes project management, adult learning principles, and blended learning solutions. You are highly adept at engaging with cross-functional teams, including HR and sales leadership, and possess strong analytical skills to assess processes and drive impactful improvements. Familiarity with sales methodologies, tools, and performance metrics will be key to success in this role.
