SAP Change Management Specialist (S4Hana)

We are partnering a renowned organisation in the commercial industry, to identify a SAP Change Management Specialist. You will be responsible to lead change strategies for the adoption of S/4 HANA, developing pathways for adoption and execution of OCM activities.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Digital Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for the communication, training, and adaptation efforts. You will be responsible for developing a Change Playbook based on program feedback and requirements to support program goals. You will curate and create strategies for adoption of S/4 HANA, targeted at end users including formulating change management initiatives across the program lifecycle.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with at least 4 years of experience in change management within SAP S/4hana projects or programs. You will be certified in Prosci, CCMP or other change management certificate. You are confident and competent in providing comprehensive OCM strategies, communication strategies, training strategies, and plans to ensure successful adoptions. You are a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
