SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
We are partnering a renowned organisation in the commerce industry, to identify a SAP SuccessFactors Business Partner. You will be the go-to consultant on process and solution design, working with key business users to understand business needs and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the SAP Lead, you will be responsible for the SuccessFactors module and the configuration of Success Factor modules. You will be involved in analysing and implementing SuccessFactors integration projects, and proposing solutions based on best practices, guiding HR stakeholders. You will be responsible for project scoping, gathering of requirements and testing of solution. You will define and establish best practices and processes for projects to enable effective delivery.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 4 years of experience in hands-on configuration of SuccessFactors modules and integration with 3rd party systems. You will have proven experience delivering HR system projects. You will have deep knowledge in HR processes and experienced implementing and supporting HR applications. You are a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
