Savoury Application Technologist – Food Ingredients MNC
Our client is a well-known food ingredients MNC and am hiring for Savoury Application Technologist based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will be developing savoury application (such as soups, sauces, dressings, plant-based meat analogues) solutions for customer needs, conducting application studies to prove scientific evidence of ingredients and coordinating ingredient application studies with the Marketing team. In addition, you will create training materials, lead sensory analysis for Asia for your category, and participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and conferences. You will be in charge of leading a team member within the Savoury team.
You would need to have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Technology, with at least 5 years of product application or product development experience. Experience in proteins and starch ingredients, and in processing equipment would be highly regarded. To be successful in this role, you have an analytical mind and passion to search for new solutions.
