Our client, a reputable Asian financial institution, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition efforts across the private wealth management industry.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting high-quality candidates through market mapping, networking, headhunting, and online search portals. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with senior leaders to track hiring needs, and engage with external providers when required. Additionally, you will provide market insights, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and drive best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
You have over 4 years of recruitment experience, either within financial services firms or an executive search firm, with front-office experience highly preferred. You possess strong time management and organizational skills to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to recruitment initiatives, and a strategic mindset in talent acquisition.
