Senior Business Development Manager (BDM)
Description:
As part of the company’s ambitious growth trajectory, our client, a global insurer in Singapore is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop and execute recruitment strategies to grow the company’s distribution force.
Responsibilities of the role:
You will develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth. You will also have oversight of a cluster of Agency Leaders, building strong relationships to maximise business opportunities.
Requirements of the role:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in business development or agency management within the Insurance space with good knowledge of performance and financial metrics. You should also have good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
