A leading global player in the food ingredients industry is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to drive branding, sales, and market expansion across international markets. This role will focus on strengthening the company’s specialty fats division, leading strategic initiatives to enhance brand positioning and commercial success.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will take charge of developing and executing branding initiatives that reinforce the company’s market presence while identifying opportunities to expand sales across different regions. A strong understanding of specialty fats is essential, as this role requires working closely with internal teams to develop new products, convert sales opportunities, and provide technical and commercial expertise to marketers.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with R&D, sales, and production teams to bring innovative solutions to market. It also involves providing product training, consulting on technical and commercial aspects, and accompanying sales teams on key client visits to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

We are looking for a commercial leader with at least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the food ingredients or specialty fats industry. Strong commercial acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment are key to success in this role.
