Senior Counsel – Corporate Real Estate, 8+PQE

A leading group is hiring a Senior Counsel to provide strategic legal support across real estate and corporate commercial matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and support diverse business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters related to real estate development, investment, leasing, and compliance.
• Prepare and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including acquisition, construction, and service agreements.
• Advise on legal risks and structuring for property deals and corporate initiatives.
• Handle regulatory and zoning issues, and collaborate with external legal advisors.
• Provide legal input across various business functions beyond real estate as required.

Requirements

• A qualified lawyer with at least 8 years’ experience in real estate and corporate legal work.
• Solid background in transactional work, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of property and lease structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
