    Our client is an established Financial Services firm with an international business portfolio.  To support its continued growth, it is seeking to hire a dynamic Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to play a key role in driving a progressive Benefits program and supporting a best-in-class Rewards function.



    Reporting to the Regional Head of Rewards, this is a hands-on role helping to augment the development of Benefits initiatives across the region. This includes designing the Benefits roadmap, leading Benefits programs and company-wide Wellness initiatives / events, managing any benefits-related claims and queries. There would also be the opportunity to be involved in Compensation-related matters such as job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and job levelling in tandem with the Regional Head of Rewards.



    You are degree-qualified with 3-6 years of experience, with an interest in leading the Benefits function for a progressive financial institution. You have a strong knowledge of the Benefits landscape (common insurance brokers, etc). You are a hands-on self-starter, with strong problem-solving and project management skills. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills will be essential as well.
