Our client specializes in data center environments for leading technology companies and is expanding regionally. This is a great opportunity to partner with the CEO and CHRO to drive business outcomes through HR strategies.
Position Overview
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR across multiple regions. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with employment regulations, optimizing HR processes, and driving operational efficiency while acting as the key liaison with Group HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO and CHRO, you will manage the end-to-end HR strategy and operational functions in collaboration with Group HR COEs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving clarity in HR daily operating models
- Ensuring that HR services are consistently operationalized within SOPs and policies; governance and compliance with different countries’ employment regulations
- Optimizing the use of HR systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing coaching and mentoring while fostering collaborative teamwork and strong communication.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. You are independent, possess strong business acumen, and ideally have an understanding of the data center industry. You have strong senior stakeholder management skills and can confidently partner with C-suite executives to drive business outcomes through HR strategies. You thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced environment. Additional language skills, such as Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia, would be an advantage.
