Our client is a highly successful and well funded internet company with a strong brand and ambitious growth plans. There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join them in partnering a key C suite leader in driving its people agenda for a major commercial portfolio.
This is an individual contributor but highly strategic role partnering a C suite leader and business leaders of a highly visible commercial business portfolio in shaping and executing its people strategy to achieve its ambitious growth plans. You will work closely with HR COE counterparts for support, and will be accountable for designing and delivering strategic HR solutions with high focus on capabilities building, performance and rewards management, talent development and succession planning. As trusted partner, coach, challenge, support, you will provide HR expertise and insights to leaders to develop talent strategy, strengthen performance, employee engagement and culture building to achieve organisational success.
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in strategic HR Business Partnering roles successfully supporting business growth and transformation in major companies with strong digital and commercial focus, whether in FMCG, Consumer, Retail or Financial Services sectors. You have deep experience supporting sales organisations and are familiar with commercial and sales incentive driven employee populations, and highly fast paced businesses with short go to market cycles. You have strong senior stakeholder engagement and partnering skills particularly in supporting high growth in unstructured environments. You are an energetic, driven self starter with strong presentation, communication and influencing skills.
