Senior HR Director, Life Sciences
Our client has a rich heritage and a global presence in Asia, Europe and North America with specialty within the biotech and life sciences industries. They have steadily expanded their presence from Singapore and is now a globalized organization.
As part of their continuous growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Director to join their team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in professionalizing the people function, establishing the HR strategy for the long-term business opportunities while elevating the HR competency.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO of APAC based in Singapore, your key role is to centralize the HR function and help steer the performance on their people and talent agenda. This role will also include supporting M&A, corporate governance and stewardship of the HR function, strategic talent development and attraction.
You will work with country business leaders, and work with in-country HR team to shape Human capital agenda and delivering best-in-class HR solutions and services to enable sustained growth. Developing comprehensive corporate plans for HR areas such as compensation, benefits, and staff wellness. Defining the HR agenda in partnership with the leadership team, including the organization’s roadmap, manpower plan, and succession plan. Setting up the performance-management structure linked to merit and bonus.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with relevant demonstrated track record in HR leadership roles with strong knowledge of HR governance, labour laws and HR practices in the US and APAC markets. Track record in supporting regional commercial offices. Operationally hands-on and competent with a strong inclination towards commercial business partnering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess change management experience and has a high agility to navigate ambiguous environments.
