      Our Client
      Our client is a seeking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Lead to manage the full spectrum of HR function. Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, fostering a stronger company culture, and ensuring best-in-class people management practices to support business continuous growth and lead HR transformation in a dynamic FMCG/Retail environment.

      Responsibilities
      Reporting to the General Manager, you are the trusted HR partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and work closely with store managers and regional corporate teams to align HR initiatives with operational needs. You will also:

      • Identify high-potential employees and design succession planning strategies to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities.
      • Drive performance management cycles, ensuring clear objectives, feedback mechanisms, and career progression plans.
      • Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent, ensuring the right fit for both frontline and corporate roles.
      • Strengthen employer branding to position the company as a highly desired organization to work for.
      • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
      • Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment to drive deeper employee engagement and a stronger company culture.

      This role will focus on fostering a high-performance, inclusive and people centre environment while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand vales and business objectives.

      Requirements
      The ideal candidate would possess 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required for this role. Prior experience working in a matrix reporting setup and multinational organization is preferred. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and HR best practices and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential as this position supports the Hong Kong market.
