HR Business Partner, MNC
Our client is a on-trend luxury fashion brand. Due to the brand’s successful growth across the region, there is now an exciting opportunity to join their collaborative HR team. This is a HR Business Partner position (focusing on both corporate staff and retail). This role will be based in Singapore. This role will report to a HR Director, and work closely with the General Manager for the brand.
Role
As the HRBP you have overview of the full spectrum of HR functions, including working closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment needs (a critical responsibility of the role to support store operations), Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement activities and HR Operations. You will serve as a business partner with the retail operations and management on various HR services and oversee and manage the entire employee life cycle.
Requirements
You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 8 years experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP. Experience within the Retail, Hospitality or Consumer Goods sectors is a plus. You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
