Our client is an established and listed company in the financial services industry, seeking an experienced Senior HR Project Manager (Tech Implementation & Workforce Planning) to join their HR team.
Position Overview
As the Senior HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution, delivery, and implementation of HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee end-to-end project management of HR projects, including an exciting in-house workforce planning solution. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR Business Partners, HR Tech, HR Operations) and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, consultants) to ensure that HR projects are completed in a timely manner. You will also monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 15 years of experience in HR and Project Management and have a track record of implementing HR projects (e.g. similar workforce planning, Workday, or SuccessFactors implementation). You have strong stakeholder management skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven ability to drive change and strive for continuous improvement.
