Description
This leading international financial institution has an established Securities and Fiduciary Services business supporting institutional clients across multiple markets. As part of continued investment in its regional capabilities, the client is recruiting an experienced Performance Measurement specialist based in Singapore, covering Asia Pacific and the Middle East & Africa.
Responsibilities
As a senior Performance Measurement SME, you will oversee investment performance, attribution and related reporting services for institutional Fund House clients. A key responsibility will be managing a strategic managed-services relationship with FactSet, overseeing SLAs, KPIs, service quality and reporting accuracy. You will review and challenge performance and attribution outputs, resolve reporting issues and translate bespoke client requirements into clear specifications for FactSet and other partners. Working closely with Operations, Product, Technology and Client Management, you will drive reporting enhancements, process improvement and development of the regional operating model. This is a newly created individual contributor role, with additional team resources expected as the function develops.
Qualifications
You have 8+ years of relevant experience within Performance Measurement, Investment Performance or Performance Attribution, with strong technical knowledge of performance and attribution methodologies. Hands-on experience with FactSet or StatPro is essential. Experience supporting Asset Managers, Fund Houses or institutional clients within Securities Services or Asset Servicing is advantageous. You can critically review reporting outputs, manage external service providers and translate complex client requirements into practical solutions. Knowledge of MultiFonds is preferred, while Charles River, GIPS and investment risk analytics exposure would be beneficial. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
