This premier bank is committed to its long-term strategy in the region. It is now recruiting a dynamic Senior Risk Officer (Credit), Executive Director for its Singapore operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Chief Risk Officer, Singapore, you will lead the credit risk management function for Singapore businesses including corporate lending, acquisition finance, trade and commodity finance, mergers & acquisition advisory, food & agri business research, project finance and markets. You will perform an independent and pro-active senior risk management role within the 2^nd line of defence with the responsibility to facilitate, monitor, challenge and support the business in realising its strategic ambition within delegated credit approval authority.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you possess at least 15 years of credit risk management and credit approval experience gained in a major bank. Exposure to food and agri, energy and commodities businesses will be preferred but not a must. You must be adaptable, resilient, flexible, commercial, strategic and also hands-on.
