ServiceNow Architect, Lead Financial Institution

Kerry Consulting is currently partnering a lead Financial Institution to hire for a ServiceNow Architect.

Role

You are to maintain technical proficiency in software configuration, development, and implementation lifecycle to ensure that all systems are performant and fit for purpose. You will provide mentorship and technical leadership to the team, with focus on policy strategy implementation and control.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation and administration.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM and CSM.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development, including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) is highly advantageous.
