Role

Our client is an established education institute located in Singapore. Reporting into the SOX Director, this sole contributor will achieve their goals primarily through SOX reporting, updating control activities, management testing, updating control activities and remediating deficiencies. You will engage and work with external parties to design and drive internal processes across to ensure the company is SOX compliant.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum 3 years of experience with a background in finance and accounting and possess strong knowledge in Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and US GAAP Standards. Candidates straight from Big 4, with experience in participating end-to-end US GAAP/SOX/PCAOB audits are welcome to apply. You are an effective communicator, adept in influencing internal stakeholders the buy-in of key initiatives and thrive on challenges.
