Strategic Programme Director – Consultancy (Financial)
A well-established financial services consulting firm is seeking a bright and ambitious leader to elevate its brand presence, community, and membership. The employer boasts a wide-reaching network of industry veterans and strategic relationships with the upper echolons of the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the C-suite with regular engagement with the board, you will oversee the P&L of a suite of business consulting and learning solutions for clients in the field of investment management, sustainable finance, and advisory. Based on your understanding of the evolving industry needs, you will play a strategic role in cultivating strong networks, creating meaningful experiences, managing advisory groups and committees. You will be leveraging industry veterans to drive growth, engagement, and thought leadership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong consulting background, ideally with experience at a top-tier firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a Big Four firm. Your clients should have a significant focus on Financial Services, with a preference for those with clients in the Investment Management or Asset Management sector. You may be from any domain of expertise (e.g. stratetgic consulting, operational effectiveness, financial advisory and governance).
You have at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in a leadership position with a strong stakeholder management and project management track record. You are a bright and ambitious individual with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
