Strategic Project Manager
We’re currently partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Strategic Project Manager within a high-impact transformation office. This role sits at the heart of enterprise-wide initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to drive governance, delivery discipline, and strategic execution across multiple programs.
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation programs across business and technology
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, workplans, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Drive program governance, reporting, and delivery assurance to senior stakeholders
- Prepare and present executive-level updates, including steering committee materials
- Support financial tracking, KPI monitoring, and performance management across programs
- Contribute to change management planning and execution across multiple initiatives
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or program/project management
- Exposure to large-scale transformation programs within complex organisations
- Background in consulting, Big 4, or advisory environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and drive outcomes
- Solid analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in governance, delivery assurance, vendor coordination, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate in a fast-paced environmen
