Supply Chain Transformation Director, Retail

An employer of choice, this renowned retail is embarking on a transformation journey to build a best-in-class supply chain organisation. To support this critical business need, they are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Transformation professional to spearhead this initiative in Singapore.

Responsibilities
In this newly created role, you will partner the supply chain organisation and business leaders to deliver an optimal supply chain organisation that enables operational efficiency, strengthens business performance and creates long-term value for the organisation. As the organisation evolves with changing consumer needs, you will deploy transformational initiatives that support their omni-channel operations. In addition, you will be the key Programme Leader to manage multiple transformational initiatives, including the programme deliverables and change management.

Please note that the work arrangement is 100% on-site.

Requirements
Ideally, you are a seasoned Supply Chain leader with a proven track record in driving and managing enterprise-wide, large-scale transformation projects. Prior expertise in leveraging supply chain technology and analytics would be highly valued. Armed with a track record in transformation and change management, you demonstrate the capacity to innovate and challenge the status quo. To succeed in this role, you will be described as strategic, commercial and a strong business partner.
