We are partnering with a Leading Financial Institution to search for a Sustainability Reporting Manager. This role offers an opportunity to drive sustainability initiatives and foster a culture of responsibility within the organisation.
Responsibilities
You will lead sustainability reporting, including collecting and validating sustainability metrics, suggesting ongoing enhancements, and maintaining the relevance of key ESG factors as business conditions evolve. Working closely with key stakeholders and the Sustainability Taskforce, you’ll support the organisation’s sustainability strategy. You’ll stay current with sustainability best practices, ensure accurate data disclosure, and maintain documentation of processes. Your role involves analysing ESG performance data, engaging with stakeholders on sustainability frameworks, and preparing reports for senior management. You’ll also consider business and regulatory compliance risks, maintain awareness of industry trends, and highlight potential concerns proactively.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 8 years of experience in ESG reporting, data monitoring and evaluation, sustainability audits, or ESG risk analysis. Your expertise covers ESG disclosure requirements, reporting frameworks, social impact measurement, and carbon footprint accounting. You possess strong data management, analytical, and visualisation skills, excelling in communication and presentations. Experience in financial institutions is advantageous. You’re a team player with high integrity, accountability, and initiative. Adaptability and a proactive approach to improvement are essential for success in this role.
