SVP, Legal Counsel Derivatives, Investment Bank
Kerry Consulting is working closely with a top tier Investment Bank that is looking to hire a seasoned SVP Legal Counsel to join their APAC global markets legal team. The team is highly dynamic and cohesive. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is keen to be actively involve in complex transactional work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of the wider APAC Global Markets Legal Team and will be responsible for providing legal advice on OTC Derivatives Clearing as well as Futures. You will be part of the Equities Legal team and will also take charge of advising business on any potential regulatory issues. You will partner closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure that any legal enquiries are addressed at the earliest.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you should be a commonwealth qualified lawyer with at least 10 years PQE. Prior knowledge in ISDA, structured products, derivatives environment with a financial institution or a leading law firm would be helpful for this role.
