Systems and Project Management IT Executive

We are partnering a growing SME, to identify a Systems and Project Management IT Executive. You will be part of a driven and tight knitted team facilitating software development, configuration, implementation, manage user feedback, continuous optimisation, and operational support. Your main role is to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new software systems to support overall business goals.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the head, you will be responsible to manage software configuration, integration, and implementation across platforms. You will build SOPs for workflows within the SaaS product to train and support the operations team. You will be responsible for the project management of solutions implementation and work with vendors to ensure successful delivery. You will be crucially involve in end-to-end delivery and operations within the digital and technology team.

Requirements

You are degree qualified in IT with at least 2 years of experience as a software project manager and implementation support specialist. You will have experience with SaaS product end-to-end implementation process. You are a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Some travelling may be required, but minimal.
