Talent Acquisition Director

Our client is a large, renowned local organization. Join the team as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where you will design and drive talent acquisition strategies. In this newly created role, you will need to strategically drive employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.

Role
This role will lead a team of direct reports to drive the Talent Acquisition roadmap and efforts for the entire organization, and will require a close working relationship with the Business Units’ stakeholders/various HODs. This is a strategic role in which you will need to take time to analyse and understand the organization’s culture, before you embark on the following:

• Develop and lead the team to implement robust recruitment strategies which are aligned with organizational goals.
• Creatively conceptualize and lead new employer branding initiatives in a bid to continuously attract, retain, and develop top talents to the organization.
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand on relevant platforms to consistently attract candidates.
• Oversee and manage the organization’s talent pipelines
• Leverage on data-driven insights to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvements
• Regular reporting and tracking of metrics to track key recruitment performance indicators.

Requirements
You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 15 years of experience as a HR professional, with a strong track record in Talent Acquisition lead roles.
Ideally, you would have been in leadership roles and have managed teams.
Experience within large and matrix Singapore-headquartered organizations is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems.
Able to work onsite 5 days a week.
Salary Budget: $170,000/annum
