Our client is an established and well-funded investment holding company which has diverse portfolios invested into multiple sectors. It has been undergoing exciting strategic business transformation and hence there is now a rare opportunity to join its human resources division as a Talent Acquisition Lead to support its growth agenda.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for planning talent attraction strategies, working closely with business stakeholders.  You will manage and oversee the entire hiring process, both running directly searches and working with external search partners. You are expected to stay updated with market trends and work with HR CoE colleagues to advise business stakeholders on appropriate rewards, recognition solutions for hiring. You will be a strong ambassador of the company’s employer value proposition and establish the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record as a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, gained in investment holding companies or major financial institutions. You have successfully identified and attracted niche talents for companies going through business transformation. You are strategic, commercial yet hands-on and possess a ‘hunter’ instinct to seek out new potential candidates and make successful hires. Prior experience in an executive search firm is preferred.
