Our client is an established company in the commodity trading sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact HR team and lead regional talent acquisition initiatives that directly support strategic business growth.
Position Overview
In this regional role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle across Asia. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to hire the right talent for the organization. In addition, you will implement talent acquisition programs, optimize regional vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Leader, you will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of recruitment outcomes and the successful execution of talent acquisition programs. You will work closely with vendors to streamline recruitment operations, drive process improvements, and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards. You will also lead regional employer branding and attraction initiatives, and engage with the broader talent acquisition community to remain current on emerging trends and best practices.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 6 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition project management. Experience in natural resources, mining, agriculture industry will be advantageous. Ideally, you come from MNCs with strong recruitment best practices. Familiarity with Asian markets, particularly Singapore and Malaysia, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication are key to success in this role.
