Our client is a global private equity with diverse assets globally. It is now recruiting Talent Acquisition, VP.

Responsibilities

You will assist in developing strategy, policies and procedures and setting direction for the talent acquisition function. You will provide integrated solution to hiring, champion recruitment strategies, policies and best practices, and work together with line managers and HR business partners in attracting top talents across investment, technology and corporate functions. You will enhance country talent benchmark through quality hires, participate in developing branding strategies in promoting the company as the “Employer of Choice” and drive recruitment agenda towards achieving organizational strategies.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you will have relevant talent acquisition experience gained in a progressive and large global bank, financial institution or MNCs. With strong interpersonal, communication and execution skills, you will be strategic, driven, operationally hands-on, commercial in your approach and will thrive in a dynamic environment.
