Our client is a fast-growing Insurtech and is committed to growth in the region. It is now recruiting Talent & Culture Lead, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will lead the talent management, learning and culture function that support the overall business strategy. You will define framework, standards and programs, and collaborate with HR business partners and external partners to develop and deliver progressive talent, learning and culture interventions. You will define culture that is aligned to the values and mission of the company and build a high performing workforce through progressive development programs.
Requirements
With at least 10 years of progressive experience in talent, learning and culture, you will have a good mix of global and start up experience. You are credible, possess gravitas and strong at senior stakeholder management. With growth, entrepreneurial and start-up mindset, you are agile, nimble, flexible, adaptable, innovative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
