Talent Management, Director
A leading Singapore-headquartered organization is now hiring for a Director of Talent Management. This is a leadership role which will manage a team of Learning & Development as well as Talent Management members.
Role
You will need to take charge in the design and implementation of long-term talent frameworks, programs and processes to drive business transformation and growth. You will set the talent agenda and priorities for the headquarters and respective regional offices. Additionally, this role will closely partner with the senior management in succession planning, to identify high potential and high performing individuals. You will manage the performance review processes and framework. Other responsibilities include: to promote a culture for continuous learning and professional development, to develop effective training programme(s). You will also be taking lead in green harvesting talent acquisition efforts through various internship and management associate programmes.
Requirements
You are degree qualified, with at least 15 years of HR experience, ideally focused on Learning & Development and Talent Management.
You are a highly collaborative team player, with a proven track record in influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
You are agile, independent and results-driven.
