Tax Manager – Reputable PE Firm
Our client is a reputable PE firm headquartered in Singapore. They are looking for the first tax hire in the Group to manage their tax advisory, compliance, and transfer pricing matters. This role gives the global exposure and the opportunity to handle group level entities across the world.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Head of Finance, you will provide full suite tax management and advisory support to the business operations. Apart from overseeing tax advisory, compliance and operations in this role, you can expect to be involved in tax strategies for their private investments. Stakeholder management will be a critical mandate of this role.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be degree holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines, with at least 5 years of tax experience. Transfer pricing experience will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to manage regional stakeholders.
